“Healthy” doesn't need to feel like punishment. Replace boring routines with something you enjoy. Food, movement, habits - make them work for you, not against you. If it feels like a chore, you'll quit and vow to never pursue those plans again, which would be wrong. Whatever plan you're keen to get underway or continue, you don't need to go hell for leather and drain the fun out of it.
